Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic, we at CVA Limited would like to take this time to address our clients, customers and potential customers.
Please be advised that we remain fully operational at this time, our opening hours remain the same, and our team of professional providers stand equipped and ready to continue to serve our community and provide the necessary medical care and medical supplies that you may need.
Please rest assured that the health and wellbeing of our clients and customers remain our top priority and that we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you and your loved ones safe while on our premises. We are asking for your patience and cooperation during this time while observing all special protocols when visiting our locations.
In keeping with the recommendations from the Ministry of Health to practice frequent hand washing, we have provided face sinks with clean running water, antibacterial hand soap, and disposable paper towels for customers’ use outside our entrances at our both locations. We are asking the public to do your part by washing your hands before entering our buildings and when leaving.
In order to maintain social distancing, we are asking all our clients visiting our offices during this time to have their relatives wait in their vehicles while they are being seen by the doctor unless absolutely necessary. Further to this, all customers are required to wear a face mask while on the premises for the safety of yourselves and others.
For persons needing prescriptions only, there is no need to leave the comfort of your homes. You can request your prescriptions from your doctor at 625-4CVA (4282) Ext 220. Additionally, you can call to fill your prescriptions at one of our Pharmacies at 625-4CVA (4282) extension 225 for our Port of Spain location and extension 304 for our Diego Martin location; or you can WhatsApp your prescriptions to 740-4239 (POS) or 776-4952 (Diego Martin).
Remember, if you are concerned about your risk of exposure to COVID-19 and you have symptoms including fever, cough, and shortness of breath, immediately call the free 24 hour hotline 877-WELL (9355) at the Ministry of Health for assistance.
Please stay safe!
