All items in stock will be shipped within twenty-four (24) business hours. Order confirmation emails will be sent when orders are placed and again when orders are shipped. If an item is out of stock, there may be shipping delays which will be communicated via email including the expected shipping date.

When completing orders, customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. The customer will be responsible for arranging collection in the event of a failed delivery. Requests for redelivery may incur additional delivery charges.
