Telemedicine is defined as the practice of medicine using electronic communication, information technology, or other means between a physician in one location, and a patient in another location.

Doctors’ Inn provides telemedicine video consultation services as an option to clients who wish to access health care remotely, where the provider shall be hosted at CVA’s facilities and the client shall be able to participate at a location of their choice.

CVA Ltd. does not recommend that telemedicine should replace customary face-to-face consultations as the primary method for diagnosis and treatment.

In order to participate in this service, you must have access to the following:

  • Smart Phone, Computer, or Tablet
    • Google Meet App must be installed for all mobile devices
  • Internet access
  • Web camera
  • Microphone 
  • Speakers
  • Blood pressure machine (to test your pressure before the start of the consultation – left arm, right arm and standing)

Your Appointment

On the day of your appointment, you will be contacted via Google Meet video call at ten (10) minutes before your appointment time in order to accommodate Nurse triage. You will subsequently be connected with your Provider. 

Please note that this is a pay first service and that all payments are final. Payment must be made within five (5) business days of your request for appointment in order to secure your spot.
